Pouring the foundation

1. Establish the installation position of the street lamp: According to the construction drawings and the geological situation of the survey site, in the place where there is no shading on the top of the street lamp, determine the installation position of the street lamp with the street lamp spacing of 20-60 meters as the reference value, otherwise the street lamp installation position should be adjusted appropriately.

2. Dig the street lamp foundation pit: At the fixed street lamp installation position, excavate the street lamp foundation pit according to the height and width of the ground cage. The foundation pit should be slightly wider than the width of the ground cage. If the surface soil is soft, the depth of the excavation should be deepened, and other facilities (such as cables, pipes, etc.) at the excavation location should be confirmed and protected.

3. Pouring the ground cage of the street lamp foundation: In the excavated foundation pit, place the ground cage in the pit and keep the screw of the ground cage exposed to the ground plane. Then use concrete to cast and fix the embedded parts. During the pouring process, stir and be evenly balanced to ensure the compactness and firmness of the entire embedded part.

4. Clean up the residue on the positioning board in time, wait until the concrete is completely solidified (about 7-10 days, 4-5 days if the weather is good), then install the solar street light.

Installation of solar street light components

1. Pass the wire of the LED lamp holder through the middle of the top of the lamp pole support arm, pass it out from the top of the lamp pole, and then fix the LED lamp holder on the lamp pole support arm with screws.

2. Fix the solar panel on the socket bracket with screws. After adjusting the light angle, fix the socket bracket on the top of the light pole with screws.

3. Connect the wires of the LED lamp holder to the positive and negative wires of the solar panel.

At this point, the installation of solar street light components is complete.

Install the solar street light on the ground base cage

1. Clean up the residue on the foundation

2. Work together to stand up the solar street light, and install the flange plate aiming at the screw of the ground cage. If conditions permit, it is recommended to use a crane as much as possible. Fix the street light on the ground cage screw with screws.

At this point, all solar street lights have been installed.
